Original Song:

When you're walking life alone,
you'll just take what you can get,
You'll overlook the bad,
and you'll learn to deal with it

You're overly content,
but your glass is never full,
Surround yourself with strangers,
but they can not quench the thirst

Chrous:
So what now,
are you gonna do today,
Will you listen to same band
Will you march in the parade.

So where to,
will the habit break today,
Will you travel down the same path,
will you chose a different way

The no need to settle,
There's no need for second best,
You're patience will soon pay off,
You will rise above the rest.

When its all said and over,
did you do the best you could,
Did you give your life your all,
Did you help out as you should,

Original Song Lush:

Wake up,
Just where to begin,
woke up this morning with a silly ass grin

Dont know where its from, nah
but I must have done something right

Last night,
is still a blur,
went out to bar to see Joel sing songs

dont know when I left last,
but I know I had a good time

Every time I go out,
I just drink too much
They say I don;t seem drunk,
But I know that I was
The headache reminds me of the the times I've had

What now,
Gotta make some plans,
Don;t know what to do, but I wanna be bad

Gotta go out,
gotta have some fun,
Gotta go out and meet someone

Where to,
where should I go,
any where with booze I got few I know,

Gotta get get there,
and back somehow,
then back on to the house

Every time I go out,
I just drink too much
They say I don;t seem drunk,
But I know that I was
The headache reminds me of the the times I've had

/New one I wrote 07/23:
Walking Walking I gotta get away
I keep falling falling for every pretty face
I dont want to leave, but I just cant take this much pain

Walking Walking I gotta get away
I keep falling falling for every pretty face
I dont want to leave, but I just cant take this much pain

Do you believe,
That the one for you is me,
that life is more than just a dream,
A little time, passing by, where strangers meet.

What does it mean,
This tug of gravity
Thats pulling you to me,
You're the moon, I'm the tides that lost in the sea.

Walking Walking I gotta get away
I keep falling falling for every pretty face
I dont want to leave, but I just cant take this much pain

Walking Walking I gotta get away
I keep falling falling for every pretty face
I dont want to leave, but I just cant take this much pain

Now I can see,
I let sun wash down me,
You lit darkest sides in me,
You cleared the way for something new a better me

Now I believe,
That the one for you is me ,
That life can be more than just a dream,
A little time, passing by where strangers meet.

My Original song "The Bright Lights":

It takes just a moment,
one second of your time,
Just a flash and bang to know you should be mine

Wouldn't you know it,
You felt it too,
Just boom crash ka-pow, where are you know? You're with me

No more waiting, waiting, waiting for me

Where did you go,where are you know
I'm missing,ya kissing ya is just what I need

A flash and its over,
Your no longer mine,
Light a burning white gas you've come and youve passed now your gone.

Back to just waiting,
back to square one,
Just watching the time, this sun dial of mine will do fine
